The creator of Sailor Moon, Naoko Takeuchi has been known for a while now to refer to herself as "Princess". Have you ever wondered what kind of person would talk like that? Now you know. Super Eternal Episode Guide Update

Man it's been a busy week but I've managed to get back on schedule with a whopping 8 episode guides for the live action Sailor Moon Episode Guide! Phew!

Acts 21 to 28 are now covered and they've been a blast to write about! Not only do you get the Moon Princess revelation but the introduction of Sailor Luna, Dark Sailor Mercury and the exit of Hina (I didn't remember myself hating her this much when I first watched the show).

A huge amount of new attacks as well as a new opening and closing credits were introduced in these episodes so I haven't had time to write all of the pages for them yet but they will be up soon so keep checking back for updates! Expect the two DVD reviews of the DVDs that contain these episodes to be online soon also.

The Sailor Moon Roundup

The newly revamped Neo Nobility has uploaded an English translation of the Parallel Sailor Moon manga that has yet to be officially released in English. Well worth a look if you haven't read it yet.

BSSMLA has updated yet again with more product info, galleries and site sections. They also report that their proposed Sailor Moon panel at Otakon has been rejected which means no Sailor Moon presence this year which is a shame as it's Sailor Moon's 15th anniversary.

The always interesting Kirari-PGSM.net has announced they'll be changing their layout soon. I love their current one though!

SailorMoon.org has published this month's Moon Gram which has some interesting insight into the fashion in Japan and on the anime. Check it out.

Genvid has decided to start translating several features of the Japanese Sailor Moon official site and have started with the site's mailbag.
They also have some interesting info about Bandai and some convention and voice actor news.

Fighter4Luv has sent out their audition lines for their cool up and coming Sailor Stars dub. I'll get my lines in soon, I promise!

And now I'd like to welcome all of the new newsletter and feed subscribers to the site! This site has really begun to grow in popularity lately and it couldn't have been done without you guys and gals and your love for the Sailor Moon series as a whole.

Two New Sailor Venus

Finally got around to completing guides for two of Sailor Venus' attacks used in the live action Sailor Moon, the famous Venus Love Me Chain (found some mythological meaning for that attack!) and the live action exclusive attack, that makes fake crystals explode!

Hope you've all been having a good week! Before I get into the latest Sailor Moon news, I'd like to thank everyone for visiting Moonkitty.NET! The visitor number has almost doubled in the last month or so and it's thanks to all you guys! Thanks for visiting (and more importantly revisiting), telling your friends and linking to the site from your own Sailor Moon webpages. It's great to see my hard work appreciated. Live Action Sailor Moon Episodes & DVD Review

I'm on a roll! Just completed the DVD review for the fifth live action Sailor Moon DVD which can be reviewed HERE.

As usual I also completed the episode guides for the episodes on the disk, Act 17, Act 18, Act 19 and Act 20.

Will be working on all of the guides for the new attacks introduced in these episode tomorrow night so please ignore the broken attack links in the guides. They won't be broken for long!

Chat with Sailor Moon Online: Sailor Moon Roundup

Welcome to the latest Sailor Moon Roundup fellow Moonies!!!

First up is a rather cool site I found that features a virtual Sailor Moon that you can talk to! It's actually really very cool! You can type in anything and she'll reply (for the most part) on topic! I typed in "I went to school today" for example, and she replied "Did you learn anything useful?" It's surprisingly addictive! Check it out HERE.

You may have noticed our new cool pink site feed button and rewritten intro text at the top of the page! Quite a few people couldn't find our site feed so I decided to make it more in your face. If you find these posts useful and want to stay up to date with all the latest Sailor Moon news give the feed a go.

The trendiest Sailor Moon website directory on the web, Deep Submerge has updated it's listings once again. No Site of the Month this week but the news of a revamp has me very excited!

We have a new affiliate, Sailor-Games.com! Welcome aboard!

AnimeonDVD has a report from Anime Central 2007 that mentions "Toei currently has a lockdown on all Sailor Moon licenses, but Geneon may be interested if the situation changes.". This is very cool though it's also been said that Mixx is interested in releasing the Sailor Moon manga as well but nothing can happen because of Toei either. Come on Toei! Give us what we want!

The music video site, Tsuki Mubi has updated with several bits of info converning YouTube and a contest update.

Anyone who hasn't checked out the new Sailor Moon site, SailorWar.net should do so. Some very well written content there.

Chibiland has updated by removing their splash page! Woo Hoo! Here's hoping all the other webmasters follow suit!

Dreamlight Destiny has also updated. A great site well worth a look.

Neo Nobility updates once again (You Go Girl!) with a sneak peek at her upcoming revamp!

Moonkitty.NET has just uploaded a page about Sailor Mercury's ice sword! ;)

In Closing... The Official Sailor Moon Website has done a complete overhaul. Very pink and very flashy now. For those that haven't been following the site, the whole manga series is being animated into flash with music and sound effects. Still in Japanese though

Sailor Moon DVD Review and a New Attack

As promised I just finished writing up the review of the fourth live action Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon DVD over here. Hope you like it and if you're thinking of grabbing yourself a copy of the DVD (or any Sailor Moon DVD for that matter) please buy them through a link on Moonkitty.NET. Anime via the Barter System?

Sponsored Post: Online auction, online shopping, online begging (come on, we've all been there!)... With all these different ways for an anime fan to get their hands on that one special DVD that they've been looking for it looks like all avenues have been covered and if you can't find it for sale or auction or *gasp!* illegal downloading (seriously guys and gals, don't do it. So many people are being caught nowadays) odds are you'll never get it.

Imagine my surprise when a completely new option headed my way that seems to be resurrecting the good ol' barter system (trading basically). They call themselves; "BarterBee.com - The Free Way to Get Movies, Music, and Games" and believe it or not they kind of live up to their slogan!

How it works is you create a listing of items that you want to trade and for how much "points" you would like for each item. Once someone requests one of your items you send it to them and once they get it you get the points into your account which can be used to get yourself something nice on the site.

It's an interesting idea with the main focus being on how most of the items are so much cheaper than they would be if you bought them with cash elsewhere. It's also pretty comforting when you don't have to use a credit card or cash either so those kids reading this who always complain how they can't shop online my find this to be a very useful site indeed.

Unfortunately it's currently only an option for US residents and me being an Aussie in Japan means that I haven't tried it myself.

Hope someone finds BarterBee.com useful. It's always nice to have new options when all of your current ones fail and *psst!* I think I saw a Sailor Moon SuperS DVD on there somewhere!
