What a day! Completely revamped and cleaned up the DVD shopping guides for every season of the anime! The Shopping Guides now have links to the English and the Japanese Region 1 and Region 2 DVDs as well as information on each version the show has been released in.

Sailor Moon Roundup

Woo! Finally got around to revamping the Sailor Moon Season One DVD Shopping Guide! Makes a lot more sense now regarding the different lingual releases of the season on DVD. Find it useful!

U&MUniverse.com has created yet more wallpapers! Looks like I've got competition!

Icera is having computer problems so several of her sites (including the Sailor Moon awards) have been postponed a bit.

The Oracle has uploaded several hundred thousand new images!

ShadowGalactica.com has a complete new layout. Me like!

ChibiLand is doing some redesigning and redrawing! Love the new Sailor Pluto! Definitely better!

On a side note, while I was walking around Kawasaki the other day I saw a Sailor Moon bedsheet for sale which had the English Sailor Moon logo on it (you know, the one on the DVD covers). Pretty cool how things come full circle.

Come on Moonies! Sailor Moon Roundup

Something that's become really noticeable since New Years is just how quite the Moonie (Sailor Moon Fan) community has become! Websites are nowhere near updating as much as they have this time last year and several major sites have shut down for good or changed their status to "Hiatus". Come on everyone, let's rally together and reinvigorate Sailor Moon's presence online!!!

Throw up and avatar or two, make a wallpaper, finish writing those character profiles and update your links (something I need to do myself). The Deep Submerge Awards are on soon and it's a great chance for all of us to clean up our sites make them shinier than any Star Seed we've ever seen!

YEAHHH!!!!

BSSMLA has some new updates concerning Sailor Moon convention panels! (Wish I could go!)

Live Action Sailor Moon DVD Shopping Complete!

Phew! I just finished the huge task of cleaning up the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon DVD Shopping Guide. Took a lot of effort but am glad I finally did it! Looks a lot neater!

I also went through every live action episode guide! and cleaned up layouts, fixed broken links and just made the whole thing feel better.

Random Sailor Moon

A feature I've been wanting to implement in this site's current layout is the random episode and attack spotlights under the site title.

First I wanted to wait until I had a substantial number of Sailor Moon episode guides complete but once I finished the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Episode Guide and the first season Sailor Moon Anime Episode Guide and got halfway through the Sailor Moon R Episode Guide I realised I had no idea how to implement the idea.

I knew how to create random images and random links but no idea how to do both and associate the links with the images. Luckily I finally found this random html script that also allows me to run the same script twice so I can have random episodes and attacks featured.

I'm so happy to have this feature up and running. What do you think? By just reloading any page on Moonkitty.NET or just surfing throughout the site the episode and attack spotlights change! Great way to discover attacks that you hadn't heard of before and reminisce about episodes you hadn't seen in a while.

Sailor Moon Commercials: Sailor Moon Roundup

Pretty cool this week; Kirari-PGSM.net has changed their layout quite a bit and updated some of the content. Well worth a look, it's a great site!

UsagiandMamoruUniverse.com has added some more great wallpapers (and thanks for the plug! ;) ) Check them out!

The official Sailor Moon site has added the second chapter of the Sailor Moon S manga arc to their animated manga reader. Very fun to watch, though I do wish there was a pause button!

In site news: As I've said before the Sailor Moon Wallpapers seem to be the most popular feature on this site so I will be making even more soon. I've also received a request to make larger ones which is more than fair so the next update will feature wallpapers for those of you with resolutions higher than the 1024x768.
Later today, I'll also try and finish updating the shopping links for the Live Action Sailor Moon DVDs and implement a very cool layout feature I've been wanting to do for AGES!

Buy Sailor Moon DVDs

Have been doing some cleaning up of my live action Sailor Moon episode guide and decided to rethink the way I link to the DVDs. While I love YesAsia, I'm aware that lots of you also buy from CDJapan and Amazon.jp as well so have started to add product links to these sites as well. Honestly I think this should be very useful as I found it really hard to find the DVDs on these sites! (How could a search for "Sailor Moon" have zero results?!?).

Currently I've fixed up the DVD review pages for the first Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon DVD and the three special DVDs, Act Zero, Special Act and the Kirari Super Live Event DVD.

The actual episode pages have also begun to reflect this change. Visually they should also look a lot neater and smoother.

Something I'm really looking forward to this year is Deep Submerge Directory's first awards event that'll be going sometime in July. Stuff like these really do help to motivate webmasters into making their sites the best they can be. Personally I'll be doing a bit to get Moonkitty.NET ready for participation.

Moon Prism Power!!!

ShadowGalactica.com has updated several times with some great new content!

Ballads and Bows has several new affiliates and updates worth checking out.

Senshi Card Mania R is on hiatus! Nooooo!!!!

SailorCosmos.org has some new content.

Moon Chase has some major news about the Animazement Convention in North Carolina! THREE Sailor Moon voice actors will appear; Kotono Mitsuishi who played Sailor Moon in the anime, Akira Kamiya who played Professor Tomoe in the anime and Keiko Han who was Luna in the anime and live action show.

Yasuo Yamaguchi, the producer of the Sailor Moon anime will also be there! Not a bad turn out!

And finally UsagiandMamoru.com has a lot of new Sailor Moon wallpapers worth checking out!
