Guess what? The live action Sailor Moon attacks are now 100% complete!!! Have just uploaded my guides for Sailor Jupiter's Unnamed Ground Attack, Sailor Mercury's Star Attack, Sailor Mars' Star Attack and Sailor Venus' Star Attack.

In addition to these I added some more screencaps and info to Sailor Jupiter's Star Attack and began the planned revamp of all of the attacks starting with Sailor Moon's "Sailor Hearing" manga and anime pages as well as her "Sailor Vision" move and the manga and anime pages for the "Sailor Scream" attack.

Still working with Sailor Moon's attacks, I finally made two separate manga and
anime pages for the famous Moon Tiara Magic attack and added additional information to both and rewrote some of the information to make it just sound better and be more informative.

Genvid has updated with some interesting news on the state of the rumoured Sailor Moon Wii game as well as Geneon who released Sailor Moon S and SuperS on DVD a few years back. Looks like the company isn't doing so well! If only they released Sailor Stars! ;)

Kirari-PGSM.net has completed their indepth look at Sailor Luna's costumes.

Neo Nobility has added two kick arse skins to the site! My personal fave being the Sailor Quartet one!

Chibiland has done some updating here and there.

Innocent-Ami.com has also updated some of it's pages.

The Fighter4Luv Sailor Stars fandub has cast a lot of the roles recently. I'm trying out for Artemis. Wish me luck!

Have been cleaning up the site a bit and have decided to implement a new policy regarding Moonkitty.NET's affiliates.

While I love you all, from now on if your site hasn't been updated within the last 365 days I will remove the small button on the right hand menu. Don't worry though, your site will still be linked with all the other affiliates in the Links Page. It just seems unfair to give free advertising to sites that are no longer updated when there are more active ones that deserve more exposure.

Again, I love all my affiliates (and the webmasters and webmistresses of course!) so I hope this doesn't offend anyone. Besides a whole year to update a site (even if it's just a message on the main page to say you're not dead) isn't asking too much.

I will begin sifting through affiliates in the next day or so. If I do remove your site from the side menu and you update your site, just email me, letting me know and I'll place your link up again. :D

In other site news, I've added the gift Icera gave me for finishing my live action guide to the Gifts and Awards Page and begun cleaning up the attack guide.

I also added a Site Search powered by Google to the lower right corner for those who may be having trouble finding the page they're after and changed the Quick Links to Weekly Features to tell people about the Sailor Moon Roundup and Moonie Music Monday weekly events.

I remember watching this Sailor Moon music video way back in 1999 before the S and SuperS season were dubbed into English.

It was the first time I had hear Robert Miles' Fable and now every time I hear it I associate it with Sailor Moon.

I've done it! With the addition of the Super Dance Lesson and the 2nd bumper my Live Action Sailor Moon Episode Guide is now complete! Added some more information on the guide's page and will be proof reading the entire guide in the next day or so fixing any broken links or attack information. I did it!!! This makes Moonkitty.NET the first Sailor Moon site to have a 100% complete episode guide for the live action version of Sailor Moon and I'm absolutely thrilled! A few changes in the online Moonie community! The Oracle has begun to implement their new site layout which is very different than what I was expecting. Way to surprise me! In even better news the webmaster, Elizabeth is getting married very soon! Congratulations! I'm sure you'll both be very happy!!! The always classic, Neo Nobility is pondering another layout change due to a lot of her visitors being too lazy to upgrade their Internet Explorer versions so the site will look better! Everyone should really upgrade their browsers. not just to make the web look better while your surfing but also for your computer's security as all upgrades have the latest security patches. If you're using an older browser you're almost guaranteed to get a virus or worm of some kind. Better yet, forget Internet Explorer and download the superior FireFox 2 which is more secure and loads pages at twice the speed as IE! It's what I personally use and I highly recommend it! Kirari-PGSM has mentioned my progress with my live action Sailor Moon guide! Cheers! Voting has begun on the best Sailor Moon music videos over at Tsuki Mubi's PGSM Music Video 2007 Contest. Make sure to vote for the most original! The Daily Yomiuri (a Japanese newspaper that I don't normally recommend reading) has posted an article on US female anime fans and mentions Sailor Moon as beginning the trend: "The U.S. broadcast of Japanese anime series Sailor Moon about 10 years ago had some effect on the format's popularity among girls, Karahashi said, but "I think it was in 2000 that it really started changing, because there were some [other] titles that were brought to the U.S. in anime that got really popular among girls." The ongoing U.S. manga boom has also helped." Wonder festival 2007 has created a poster that combines Sailor Moon with Asuka from neon Genesis Evangelion. Check it out here in the Genvid forums. A few keep readers may have noticed that I've now completed the episode guides for the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Act Zero Sailor V prequel episode as well as the Hina... Afterwards and Birth of Tuxedo Mask short films! The Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Episode Guide has been updated to include all these additions and I've also reorganised the episode listing order into a more chronological order to make reading or watching these episode more logical. The Deep Submerge Directory has updated with a new Site of the Month! Check it out to see which site it is! It's a classic site from years back that making a come back! BSSMLA has started updating again thanks to a new computer. Check out the report from Matsuricon! Genvid has once more translated the Official Sailor Moon Site's monthly update and letters column. Pretty interesting and well worth a look. I find it amazing how Japanese kids are still discovering the series years after it's finished. Still no updates on the Upcoming Sailor Moon Nintendo Wii Game due for release on December 31st this year. As soon as there's more news on it I'll post it asap! Rumours of the American live action Sailor Moon movie have quietened down completely lately. No more news on Lindsay Lohan or Joss Whedon. However there's been official word that the American live action Dragonball Z movie will begin production this year! I'm not really a fan of the series but if this movie does well, then the odds of a Sailor Moon one being made will increase! Since Transformers made so much money, a Robotech (Macross) movie is in the works as is a Voltron movie. It's a good time to be a retro anime fan! Like this site? After lots of procrastinating I've finished all the attack guides for the new attacks/weapons that appeared in the super Final Act which includes, Sailor Moon's unnamed world healing power, Sailor Mercury's third and final Mercury Sword, Sailor Mars' (and Sailor Venus') Mars and Venus Daggers and Sailor Jupiter's awesome Jupiter Spear. The only attack guides left to write are Jupiter's live action only ground attack, the Star Tambourine Star Attacks and one or two that will appear in the Act Zero and Special Act guides which should also be online very shortly. As soon as all the live action episode guides are online (and I'm including the short stories and Dance Lesson) and the attacks are finished I'll do some much needed resorting and probably throw all the attacks into their own subpage to make navigating just that little bit easier. Funnily enough, the first time I heard this song was when several of my friends started singing it in karaoke and now I just love it. Unfortunately there are like a hundred Sailor Moon music videos featuring this song and most of them, like most Sailor Moon videos, are just clips of attacks and transformations edited together. Imagine my relief when I found this video. The director has gone out of her way to create her own graphics and cut scenes for the video which really makes it stand alone.
