Buy World of Warcraft Accounts?

Sailor Moon Anime, Manga, Movie, Live Action and Musical (Sera Myu) News. When I was at Uni a lot of my friends who were into Sailor Moon were also into Warcraft, that medieval real time strategy game where you got to control an army of several different kinds of creatures in a war against several other armies and characters.

Anyway, last week I came across this site that allows you to buy actual accounts for the present day world wide multiplayer version, Worlds of Warcraft,http://www.buymmoaccounts.com. The concept was such a surprise for me which means that I'm really out of touch with modern computer games (though I did just get a Wii last week with Smash Bros Brawl which kicks so much arse!) or this site has a really original concept.

Basically these guys have created their own wow accounts with different characters and have gotten their characters up to certain levels. They then sell these accounts to people who don't have the time or patience to level up their own characters.

The the price varies from character account to character account. For example a Level 70 Dwarf Priest will go for about US$ 699 while a Level 70 Dwarf Warrior goes for US$ 399.

Why anyone would spend that much money on a computer game is beyond me... but then... (glances at his Sailor Moon DVDs, CDs and merchandise)... maybe it's not that strange after all.

lol, I just got a Wii about two weeks ago. I am TOTALLY addicted!! Is Super Smash Bros. really good for multiple players? We've been thinking of getting it in the future...

It's great for multiple player! Seriously you'll be up all night playing the thing! REALLY fun with a LOT of content!

The single player is also good. They've got a REALLY great story in Adventure Mode with some amazing CG movies!

My bf loves WoW, but the concept of selling your accounts in any MMORPG isn't new lol. Just level up the character all the way to the top and there are people who will buy it. Btw, it's not really medieval it's more of a fantasy world with dwarves, elves, etc. where each character is controlled by a person (don't really control any army). ^^;

Super Smash Bros Brawl *drools* I forgot it's already out in Japan, lucky haha.

Haha. Well you learn something everyday.

p.s. Can't wait to WiFi battle you! ;)

Hey Brad!

I'm a big WoW fan myself. Having a few high level characters, I can tell you how much a pain it is to play with people that have purchased accts. They have no idea what they are doing. Secondly, it's completely illegal, and their sites really shouldn't be publicized. (It's free advertisement for them basically)

But yeah! Your site is looking good. Glad I'm not the only SSDG member with an active site still. >.<

Take it easy, and stop by sometime!

Hey Kevin! Thanks for visiting! Glad to see you're keeping your site around! Haven't been there in a while! Can't wait to see what 2008 brings!

On another note, look at all these comments! And all I had to do was make an off topic post! Haha!
