Sailor Moon Redubbed? Sailor Moon Roundup 


Sailor Moon Anime, Manga, Movie, Live Action and Musical (Sera Myu) News.

  • Funimation to redub Sailor Moon anime!?! Thanks to this topic over at the new (very active now) Genvid forums, I became aware of this new poll at the Funimation website asking fans which series they would like to see dubbed and an option is, "Redubbed Entire Sailor Moon Series".
    Head on over there now and let our voices be heard! Even if you're a HUGE fan of the existing English dub like I am (really like DiC dub!) vote anyway to show how strong the fandom still is! If anything it may get an English dub of Sailor Starsand an official Subtitled release using the new digitally remastered Japanese sources! Could also mean a release of the rereleased Sailor Moon manga!

  • Also thanks to Genvid, I came across this great post about the changes in the new manga! I had no idea there were so many! Check out the new broach and redrawn panels!!!

  • Chibi Sticks has a new comic online! As always, funny stuff!

  • During the past few weeks, I conducted an interview with someone behind the scenes of Crystal of Chaos. Will post it soon so stay tuned!

    Actually I never really go near Live Journal but found that posting on a forum. I probably should get into LJ. Lot of Moonie activity there.

    Hey Brad,

    Just got back from Animazement (will have a full report and pictures etc up very soon), but have to say that Caitlin Glass (who was one of the guests this year) of
    Funimation was the one that said that she wants to re-dubbed Sailor Moon the 5th season- Stars. I happen to run into her (a couple of times ^_^) on Saturday on our way to our Sailor Moon Night Photoshoot. She wanted pictures with us. (She is a hugh Sailor Moon fan) That is when I asked her about the Funimation poll that is when she told me that if she is able to re-dubbed Sailor Moon she would work on Season 5- Stars!

    I'll keep you posted she is also going to be at Matsuricon in August (another convention/home convention that I will be at) and I can told to her more about it!

    So yes push the whole Funimation poll! If Caitlin Glass is backing it I'll sure you something good will happen!

    Thanks so much for keeping up with this site...I just stumbled across your page and can just say wow! Seeing people currently still toss around Sailor Moon concepts, art and ideas...after nearly a decade since being on the air, makes me tear up inside as a fellow hardcore moonie.
